Last Updated: October 5, 2026 • Governed by Tamil Nadu Domestic Workers Welfare Trust (TNDWWT)

1. Information We Collect

mZOYA collects only the minimal data strictly necessary to fulfill domestic service dispatch, verify worker identity, and disburse 80% direct earnings:

  • Customer Data: Full name, verified mobile number, service address coordinates in Chennai, and payment transaction IDs.
  • Worker Pro & Maker Data: Full name, Aadhaar verification token (last 4 digits only), Tamil Nadu Police clearance verification status, bank account/UPI ID for direct payouts, and skill certifications.
  • Device Information: Foreground GPS coordinates during active dispatch, device model, and crash logs.

2. Aadhaar & Identity Protection Protocol

In compliance with UIDAI regulations and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023:

  • Raw 12-digit Aadhaar numbers are never stored in our databases.
  • Biometric identity is validated via certified government UIDAI partner gateways, retaining only an encrypted hash and the last-4 digits for record reference.
  • Customer and worker phone numbers are masked through virtual private telephony proxy routing.

3. Zero Data Commercialization Guarantee

mZOYA is an institutional worker co-operative. We never sell, rent, monetize, or share user or worker data with third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or commercial aggregators.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data. You may request account deletion, data export, or address removal at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@mzoya.com or via the in-app support drawer.
